Trying to Revive my Grave Pact Deck

Okay, I'm subborn and haven't given up on my deck yet. Here's where it currently stands.

Code:

Lands = 22
5 x Mountains
9 x Swamps
4 x Auntie’s Hovel
4 x Sulfurous Springs

Creatures = 30
4 x Auntie’s Snitch
4 x Greater Gargadon
3 x Mogg Fanatic
4 x Prickly Boggart
4 x Squeaking Pie Sneak
4 x Earwig Squad
4 x Wort, Boggart Auntie
3 x Weirding Shaman

Spells = 8
4 x Gravepact
4 x Nameless Inversion

The problems we've noticed, it's highly dependent on the grave pact, and really struggles against aggro early.
My thoughts were to add some more early removal and hold the line until I could get the combo going.

Really, I just need a place to brainstorm and gather input, I'll be open to anything. The only stipulation is I want to make a deck with grave pact in it. All other colors are fair game, no suggestion will be two over the top.

how about W/G/B white for wrath green for mana fixing and black for grave pact. Need like 37 dual lands and birds for this tho...

I really don't think going three colors is going to help anything at all. The deck's main problem is that it's two turns to slow, adding another color is just going to further put that problem on a pedestal.

how about this, mono-black aggro with the grave pact as the way to keep the board clean (they will be hesisatent to kill you're creatures)

I tested it pretty extensively with Scott, I'm just gonna scrap it. It's just to0 clunky. back to the drawing board.
